Here's the full flow — from clicking Record to having a structured SOP in your library.

Open the Ledgerium sidebar in Chrome. Name your workflow — "Expense report," "Client onboarding," "QA test run." Click Record.

The extension begins capturing interaction events silently. A live step feed shows your progress.

Step 1: Start recording

Navigate between pages, fill forms, click buttons, switch tabs. Work exactly as you normally would.

Every click, form entry, and navigation is captured as structured evidence. Multi-tab workflows are fully supported.

Step 2: Do your work normally

Click Stop. The deterministic engine segments your session into logical workflow steps with timing, confidence, and phase groupings.

You see your workflow as structured steps — not a video timeline. Each step traces to specific observed events.

Step 3: Stop and review

The engine generates a standard operating procedure with event-level instructions and a visual process map with phases and transitions.

A complete SOP with prerequisites, inputs, outputs, and completion criteria — derived entirely from evidence, not guesswork.

Step 4: Get your SOP and process map

Your workflow syncs to the web app. It appears in your searchable library with title, tools used, step count, and duration.

Search by title or tool. Open any workflow to review its full detail. Export the report, SOP, or raw data anytime.
